Terms and conditions

These terms describe how buyers, sellers, and the platform work together.

Marketplace role

The platform introduces buyers and sellers and may assist deals, but final commercial terms, product quality, shipping, taxes, and compliance remain the responsibility of the parties unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.

Seller obligations

Sellers must provide accurate product, MOQ, origin, export-readiness, and business information. Misleading listings may be hidden or removed.

Buyer obligations

Buyers must submit genuine sourcing inquiries and may not misuse platform information or attempt to bypass platform processes where lead release rules apply.

Payments and coupons

Eligible purchases are processed through Razorpay. Coupon discounts and scratch rewards are subject to validity, usage limits, and admin review.
